PMHNP/Beaverton Oregon

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) to join our team in Oregon. This position requires a current Oregon DEA license.

• Responsibilities:
• - Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders
• - Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• - Prescribe and monitor medication as needed for clients with mental health disorders
• - Provide counseling and therapy to individuals and families
• - Play an integral role in the coordination of care for clients with complex mental health needs
• - Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Qualifications:
• - Master's degree in nursing with specialization in psychiatric/mental health
• - Current Oregon DEA license
• - Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
• - Minimum of 2 years of experience working in psychiatric/mental health setting
• - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
