Job Description

The Growth Marketing Intern will play a key role in executing growth marketing strategies, supporting brand awareness, and generating high-quality leads for our IT outsourcing services through multi-channel initiatives. 

• Social Media Marketing

• Podcast Production

• Lead Generation: Execute targeted LinkedIn lead generation strategies
• Brand Awareness: Execute strategic brand awareness initiatives

• Market Research

• Create compelling, audience-targeted content for the IT outsourcing market & technology landscape
• Design visually appealing marketing materials 
• Support the full production cycle, including: Topic research; Script development; Video production; Content promotion
• Produce high-quality, informative multimedia content 
• Develop and implement outreach campaigns (Social Selling method)
• Identify and engage potential IT decision-makers
• Create personalized connection and messaging approaches
• Build and nurture professional network
• Implement social selling techniques
• Track and manage lead interaction lifecycle 
• Execute follower acquisition campaigns
• Monitor and increase follower growth metrics
• Create content that encourages follower interaction 
• Conduct market analysis and research IT outsourcing trends
• Analyze competitors' marketing strategies and generate actionable insights 

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably in your second or third year of study).
• Required professional studying in FTU, DAV, VNU, NEU, AJC, RMIT, BUV or international education, etc.
• Strong English & Vietnamese written, and verbal communication skills is a must.
• IELTS from 6.5
• Creative mindset and a passion for content creation.
• Prefer candidates with skillsets and experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Bing, Video/ Image AI Tools, Sonia)
• Basic Design Skill, using Canva, Photoshop and other online platforms for content generation. Image/Video editor skill is strongly preferred.
• Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and dynamic team environment.
