About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our ANZ Supply Chain team at Smeaton Grange. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth, cost-effective movement of fresh milk across our cold storage and distribution network.

In This Role, You Will:

• Work closely with the production, supply and planning team to consolidate daily orders and optimise truck loads.
• Manage third-party transport bookings (including Bustle TMS) and oversee execution of delivery plans.
• Build strong relationships with distributors and transporters – handling loads, rates, and timeslots with accuracy.
• Validate invoices against rate cards, investigate variances, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide oversight of RFPs and contribute to tenders for consolidation.
• Support pallet reconciliation, receipting raw milk, and managing shuttle plans.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and efficiencies in logistics and customer service.

This role is a stepping-stone to coordinator and planning responsibilities and offers exposure to end-to-end logistics operations.

About You

You’ll bring strong administration and logistics experience with a passion for accuracy and problem solving. Ideally, you will have:

• A background in logistics, transport, or supply chain (FMCG or dairy experience highly regarded).
• Confidence with numbers, data validation, and variance analysis.
• High attention to detail and ability to work with invoices, rate cards, and reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (e.g., Bustle TMS) and Excel.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to work 100% in service of the customer.
