Summary

For devices under his/her responsibility, manages the technical services operations of already distributed devices in market according to regulations, ISO standards, Vantive quality and performance KPI’s and high customer satisfaction. Primary areas of responsibility include maintenance activities in the field, planning, budgeting, and customer technical support.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • For devices under responsibility, carries out the whole service activities including phone fixes of already distributed devices in both Turkish & Northern Cyprus Market according to regulations, ISO standards, Vantive quality/performance KPI’s and high customer satisfaction in field.
  • For devices under responsibility, plans the travels, carries the correct inventory of spare part in order to maintain uninterrupted service operations.
  • Responsible for ensuring all department related costs are on target
  • In case of FCA needs of devices in market, responsible for completing the operation efficiently and on time.
  • Provides technical support to shareholders, customers, patients and technical services manager as well.
  • Supports the sustainability of the quality management system which is based on local regulations and Vantive/ISO requirements.

Job Requirements

Required Skills

  • B class driving license
  • Strong Customer focus – Customer is priority attitude
  • Strong team player, with a flexible approach yet able to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Very good organizational skills
  • Ability to interpret data in a logical way (machine-generated e.g. black box files using dedicated software, reading and executing service manuals procedures)                         
  • Good knowledge of Digital Solutions (IT connectivity, basic network communication setup)
  • Ability to plan organize and manage time effectively
  • Readiness to travel during the week and weekends
  • Attention to details – focused on fulfilling quality procedures

Education

  • This function requires a technical degree (Electrical-Electronics, Machinery, Physics, Biomedical Engineering) or equivalent through experience
  • Excellent engineering background and experience as service engineer on electromechanical devices

Role Requirements

  • Ability to use common hand tools, sharp cutting tools as well as crimpers and soldering equipment
  • Ability to use assembly test fixtures and measuring equipment.
  • Must be able to read and follow detailed written instructions in service manuals
  • Ability to manage own work schedules
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Good customer-facing skills
