Radiology Technologist Student *per diem*

Performs a variety of technical procedures under the supervision of a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) and/or Radiologist.  Applies prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging examinations and assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as described or required. **Scope of practice is limited to static imaging only. Fluoroscopy and Surgical exams are out of scope for this job description.**

Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Current enrollment in a formal ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology training program.
• Washington X-Ray Technician Registration upon hire. Or
• Washington X-Ray Technician Temporary Practice Permit upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Be enrolled in a formal ARRT-qualified Radiologic Technology educational program for a minimum of six months.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
