- Responsible for proving technical support to FO for Tx related issues
- Ensuring NW fault and customer complaint resolution.
- Key Responsibilities include: -
- Technical Support: End to End support for fault & incident management of Tx network, coordination, escalation and resolution
- Fault & Incident Management: Alarm handling & ticketing, Call flow analysis, customer complaint handling, resolution.
- Problem Management: ticket/complaint/incident resolution,
- MIS: Maintaining/preparing DSR and other relevant data.
- Operational support: Provide support to FO team and other stakeholders related to Fault Management, service assurance, complaint resolution etc.
- Fault Management: ticket acknowledging, routing, resolving, and closing.
- Service assurance – handling the customer ticket in bin & resolution of TT’s within time
- Candidate should possess strong technical skills in SDH, PTN , DWDM, ASON & OTN
- Candidates should have strong skills in various protocols like SDH, OTN
- Knowledge of IP subnetting & routing and cloud computing will be preferred.
- Relevant certifications will add to the advantage.
- Candidates should possess good communication skills.
- Candidates should be open for shift work, including nights and weekends.
- Over 3 to 7+ years of experience in Tx & core domain.
- Strong understanding of project management, customer service, and technical knowledge Tx network elements, including OLP. DWDM, OTN, ASON, SDH , PTN
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
- Hands on Experience of Report preparation & publishing
