About the Team
The Video Safety Operations (VSO) Reports & Insights Team architects diagnostic frameworks and builds automated data solutions to elevate operations performance. Our mission is to sustain a safer video ecosystem via data-driven excellence. We:
- Architect and Maintain core metrics, scorecards, and interactive dashboards
- Drive Performance through granular targets, root-cause analysis, and automated reporting
- Empower Decisions with ad hoc insights, strategic guidance, and actionable business intelligence

Responsibilities:
1. Design, update, and implement moderation performance data metrics & attribution frameworks.
2. Set granular targets and design performance scorecards, monitor target completion rates, navigate root causes and coordinate XFN solutions for performance driving.
3. Develop and maintain strategic data dashboards and automation solutions.
4. Conduct topic deep-dive analysis to enable cross-functional (XFN) decision making.
