As a Hardware Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic hardware. You will collaborate with a team of engineers to ensure our products meet rigorous performance, safety, and compliance standards while driving innovation in substation automation. From CAD design to stress testing, you’ll be hands-on in building and refining the systems that power tomorrow’s electrical grids.

What You’ll Do
- Design and Develop: Create printed circuit boards, test hardware, and ruggedized electronic systems.
- Test & Validate: Design and implement hardware test strategies; conduct stress, performance, and compliance testing to U/L and CE standards.
- Troubleshoot & Repair: Analyze and resolve issues with power supplies, analog/digital circuits, and communication systems.
- Collaborate & Document: Work cross-functionally to ensure product quality, maintain design documentation, and uphold quality control standards.
- Innovate: Apply CAD tools (Altium, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and testing equipment to bring new ideas from concept to production.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of related hardware design and testing experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic CAD software (Altium, SolidWorks, AutoCAD preferred).
- Knowledge of compliance standards (U/L, CE) preferred.
- Programming experience is a plus, but not required.
