Job Overview

In this role, you will be a vital bridge between clients, internal stakeholders, and technical teams. Your primary role is to analyze and document customer requirements and translate them into configured solutions— especially within Majesco's Product. You will work closely with project teams under an agile framework to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery aligned with customer expectations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering with clients, analyzing and documenting business requirements.
• Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements. Help functional solutions based on business requirements and identify areas for improvement. Able to explain the business rules to the customer and impact of any changes.
• Develop requirement and functional design documentation, creating workflows, process flows, diagrams, and user stories. 
• Validate end-to-end test strategies and test cases based on customer scenarios, ensuring delivery readiness. 
• Manage dependency coordination, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication across project teams. 
• Defect tracking and status updates to the issues assigned to you.
• Support the rollout of new systems/changes or processes.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Proactively flag project risks and guide mitigation strategies related to requirements or implementation scope

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven Business Analysis skills, experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies.
• Defining and configuring Rules in Majesco System through Rule Engine.
• Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. 
• Proficiency in creating process diagrams, flowcharts, gap analysis, and functional documentation. 
• Database Scripting and verification of the Data flow during defect analysis.
• Experience with test strategy and scenario review is essential. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Give training and demo sessions to Business users.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, JIRA, SNOW, Confluence, or similar.
• Experience and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team.
• Take full accountability for understanding changes required by customer and provide valuable suggestions from Product point of view.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Property & Casualty insurance background with Distribution Management experience.
• Experience with the Majesco ICD/ICM.
• Experience in supporting Insurance services products.
• Insurance certification.
