Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects.
• 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Ability to lead teams in launching and executing multi-year projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of local engineers as part of Napa's expansion in Bangalore. Provide technical leadership on projects.
• Collaborate on planning road-map.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Infrastructure productionization and deployment.
• Develop Large-scale distributed systems .Partner with infrastructure and client teams to guide integrations.
• Review designs and code of other engineers for quality and correctness.
