Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• Experience in consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience with Financial and Data Analytics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new business operations, programs, and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in annual business planning, key organizational metrics, and other operationally strategic projects.
• Establish and manage team operating processes, including business planning, priority-setting, budgets, and cross-organization coordination.
• Provide guidance and program management throughout the planning and implementation phases across various initiatives.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives in conjunction with cross-functional teams across global networking.
