The Manager, Community Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading a team of Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partners who support LCS-managed senior living communities. This role ensures consistent recruiting practices, drives process standardization, and partners with community leadership to optimize talent acquisition strategies. The Manager provides oversight, coaching, and strategic direction to ensure communities attract and hire top talent efficiently and cost-effectively.

What You’Ll Do:

  • Responsible for the effective management and leadership of a team of Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partners supporting a portfolio of LCS-managed communities. This includes, but is not limited to: hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and managing performance, allocating compensation, effectively handling employee relations issues, managing terminations. 
  • Develops and promotes the Regional TABP team’s value proposition while driving a continuous pipeline of communities ready to engage with the service. 
  • Provides strategic guidance to communities on talent acquisition planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening. 
  • Provide oversight and direction to the team on community-level recruiting budgets, including monitoring and optimizing spending on platforms such as Indeed and other job boards. 
  • Tracks and analyzes recruiting metrics to identify trends, improve performance, and report outcomes to HR and operations leadership. 
  • Facilitates training and development for Regional Talent Acquisition Business Partners and community leaders. 
  • Collaborates with HR, Compensation, and Marketing teams to enhance employer branding and candidate experience. 

What We’Re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required. 
  • 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition required with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role preferred. 
  • Experience in multi-site recruiting support, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. 
  • Strong leadership and team development skills. 
  • Deep understanding of recruiting platforms, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive decisions. 
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. 
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance standards.

Additional Information

Travel frequency: 25-50% 

Estimated Salary: $96,000 - $120,000

The actual title & salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
