Salary: 3500-4000 eur./month gross

About The Role

The role of PR Leader Baltics is to strengthen image of IKEA as unique, innovative, meaningful, high reputation company and employer in Baltic region as well as life at home expert in the region. As a PR Leader you will work with external and internal communication in all 3 Baltic countries, using integrated communication tactics and working from concept creation to implementation. You will be a member of dynamic, creative communication team at IKEA Baltics.  

This is a two-year fixed-term position, with the potential to transition into a permanent employment contract.

What You Will Be Doing As A Pr Leader Baltics At Corporate Communication Team

• Implement PR activities with the goal to strengthen IKEA perception as unique, innovative, meaningful, high reputation company as well as to drive leadership of life at home. PR activities will consists from press releases or media comments to integrated campaigns in all 3 Baltic countries.
• Prepare the earned media material: press releases, articles, comments in English and at least one local language of Baltic countries.
• Plan, manage and implement paid media campaigns.
• Organize PR events and other activities, dedicated for IKEA stakeholders.
• Support organization with internal communication activities, e.g. preparing internal communication kits, organizing events, supporting business in their own internal communication efforts.

• At least 3 year experience in PR, media relations field.
• High level planning skills, ability to develop long terms plans.
• Experience in running complex campaigns with multiple touchpoints and stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, event organizing skills, ability to manage network of different internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent and easy with press releases, media comments, other text works.
• Background or work experience in and passion for sustainability is highly valued.
• Fluent or very good in English (spoken and written).
