- Lead end-to-end project execution for primarily our Navy customers.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and defense standards.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
- Build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, key players, and customers.

- Set up an effective project structure, manage project-related communication channels and responsibilities.
- Escalate and handle issues, nonconformities, and change requests.
- Support engineering in understanding technical requirements and writing technical documentation.
- Communicate and clarify technical requirements and deviations internally and externally.
- Support sales during the contract phase to understand requirements, standards, and our level of compliance.
Your Profile
As a project manager, you should have the following qualifications:
- Ability to inform, motivate, and act based on a consultative approach, and influence others when choosing between different courses of action
- Strong knowledge of managing and coordinating projects
- Strong understanding of naval systems, marine engineering and/or shipbuilding
- High demands on independence, problem-solving, innovation, and planning your own work, often based on communicated guidelines and decisions
- Ability to lead planning/development within the project group
- The role requires the ability to investigate, analyze, develop, and evaluate different options before making decisions
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Merits
- MSc or BSc degree in engineering and experience in a similar position
