Purpose of the Position:

• The Research Associate II will perform research and provide data analytics and organizational planning to the Army at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
• Duties/Responsibilities
• • Perform research and provide data analytics and organizational planning to the Army at Redstone Arsenal, AL
• • Provide organizational assistance and strategic planning to DoD organizations, to include briefings to higher headquarters
• • Mentor entry-level and undergraduate students in military planning and organizational management

Minimum Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree with 18 - 21 months (1.5 - 1.75 years) of full-time
• work experience
• • 12+ months supporting a military organization
• • Knowledge and support in developing IGCEs
• • US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

• • Bachelor's degree with 24+ months (2+ years) of full-time work experience preferred
• • Knowledge and support in military cost analysis desired
