Position Brief:
SRS is seeking a driven and experienced professional to support our Debt & Equity team. In this role, you’ll oversee the full deal lifecycle from origination through closing while building strong relationships with clients, lenders, and investors. You’ll serve as the go-to point of contact, ensuring smooth execution, accurate reporting, and creative deal structuring.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings sharp financial and market insight, and can drive process improvements that strengthen team performance. You’ll also represent SRS in client meetings and industry events, while supporting senior leadership on key initiatives and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Debt & Equity team’s deal pipeline from origination through closing.
- Oversee preparation, negotiation, and execution of proposals, loan packages, and closing documentation.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, lenders, investors, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and transaction execution.
- Provide oversight of pre-closing and closing processes, ensuring all deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Analyze market trends, financial data, and lending opportunities to support deal structuring and client advisory.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across the team.
- Maintain accurate reporting systems, databases, and deal documentation.
- Represent SRS in client meetings, presentations, and industry.
- Manage special projects and support senior leadership for the Debt & Equity team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in real estate finance, debt & equity placement, or investment sales.
- Demonstrated experience managing transactions, client relationships, and teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills with a proven ability to prioritize and execute effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
