Salary

Starting basic salary: 10.200.000 VND/month

Job Description

• • Design and issue tire assembling spec sheet and launch new products.
• • Fix abnormalities in dairy basis and long terms.
• • Recommend approaches to meet the technical and program requirements 
• • Provide technical leadership to other personnel and assigned teams; mentor others in the organization 
• • Lead or participate in organizational efforts in assigned projects and/or tasks 
• • Participate as a presenter or reviewer in technical and program reviews

Qualifications/Requirements

• • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Physics.
• • Ability of English communication.
• • Experience of working for Japanese Company is plus.
• • Strong technical atitude and process orientation in approach to work
• • Ability to guide and influence others
• • Project management and team organization experience is plus
• • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
