About The Job
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll play a central role in Flatpay’s hiring efforts by focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of high-volume sales and customer support roles. You’ll partner closely with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, the Head of HR, and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.You’ll be hands-on with sourcing and outreach, managing candidate pipelines, and coordinating interviews, while providing a great candidate experience and helping us close the best people to fuel our growth.
Location: London (Office-based, 5 days per week, Soho Works, White City)
What You'Ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment support for UK sales roles, from posting adverts through to offer stage.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls to assess suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews and assessment days, ensuring smooth logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and progress in the ATS.
- Draft and post job adverts, working with hiring managers to ensure clear role requirements.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey, acting as their main point of contact.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate pipelines and progress.
- Assist with preparing offers and supporting onboarding handover to HR Ops.
- Promote Flatpay’s employer brand through positive candidate interactions

Skills & Experience
- Previous sales recruitment experience (in-house or agency), ideally with high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, with knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Experience screening candidates and conducting phone/online interviews.
- Organised and efficient, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- Excellent communication skills and confident engaging with candidates at all levels.
- Comfortable using ATS and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, positive, and motivated by results.
