The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Field Manager to oversee snow removal operations across multiple commercial sites in the Cleveland/Cincinnati, OH & Indianapolis region. This role is hands-on, requiring regular site visits, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently

The Field Manager plays a crucial role in driving company growth and success by managing and expanding relationships with large, multi-location customers. This role involves overseeing subcontractor partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with subcontractors across various industries and be comfortable with a mix of remote work and on-site visits. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are eager to contribute and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and grow relationships with national clients across multiple service lines, including facility maintenance, landscape services, and snow & ice management. 
• Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to ensure quality service delivery. 
• Establish strong professional relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers. 
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and management, to meet customer expectations and performance objectives. 
• Meet assigned targets for revenue growth, profitability, and strategic goals within designated accounts. 
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. 
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experiences and drive retention. 
• Stay informed on industry advancements and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Occasionally perform hands-on site management tasks as needed to ensure service quality. 

Requirements

•  Experience in field operations, vendor management, or subcontractor coordination across industries such as construction, facility management, landscaping, or similar. 
• Able to drive to multiple sites during snow falls (company vehicle provided).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. 
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory. 
• Proficiency in CRM and project management software is a plus. 
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
