Position Goal
To ensure that proper accounting procedures are followed in a responsible and accurate manner.
Essential Performance Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Associate's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in an accounting environment.
- Standard high school diploma or satisfactory completion of an approved General Educational Development (GED) Testing Program Education.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in an accounting environment.
- A working knowledge of accounting theory and practice.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must be able to analyze data and make rational decisions based on facts.
- Ability to prepare and complete accurate accounting reports and statements of considerable complexity; to keep complex records and to prepare reports from such records.
- Computer skills as required for the position.
