General Information

Are you passionate about Human Relations and all its related fields?

As an intern within the HR Admin Team, you will be involved in the administrative support activities for the organization and you will have the opportunity to set up your career in HR with the guidance of your future colleagues. This position requires presence in the office. 

Your Responsibilities

• Support the organization with various documents required by different team members;
• Follow-up on requests made by the organization in regards to contract changes and signed documents;
• Provide support for new joiners regarding documentation and creation of the working contract;
• Provide support for the local HR organization on different topics;
• Prepare internal documents based on standard templates and follow-up their approval flow;
• Updating reports and internal databases;
• Assist to achieve all objectives and recommend improvements to processes.

Your Qualifications

• Active student - currently enrolled in University for Bachelor/Master Degree;
• Have good Microsoft Office know-how (focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint presentations);
• Excellent command of written and verbal English;
• Have a passion for data-driven thinking and have attention to details and high quality of work;
• Have analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Have customer orientation & excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively pass information across various units of the company;
• Have effective organizational abilities & flexibility;
• Creative, eager to learn, curious and proactive mindset;
• We are not looking for a person with all above-listed skills, you’ll have the chance to develop new superpowers within our team.
