Legal Counsel II

Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to safeguard the company’s interests.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to identify potential legal issues and provide solutions.
• Assist in managing disputes, including liaising with external legal counsel as necessary.
• Stay current with legal developments and changes in the relevant regulatory environment.
• Facilitate training on legal best practices and compliance for internal departments.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a legal counsel role, preferably in the corporate or entertainment sectors.
• Strong expertise in corporate law and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Proficient in both Arabic and English, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
