Overall Mission:

- Supports Category Management and other Business Stakeholders through end-to-end eSourcing execution of their strategic projects.

Main Stakeholders / Contacts

- Stakeholders: Global & Regional Procurement Category Managers (IM&S and RM), Procurement Buyers, external Suppliers - Contacts: Procurement Value Services Manager, Business & Market Analysts, RM Content Mgmt Coordinator - You will be reporting to the Procurement Value Services Manager  

Main Responsibilities:

Day to day operations in the business and market intelligence area: 

• - Supports end to end sourcing process execution for Global and Region Procurement teams
• - Manages global and regional Procurement Sourcing Projects under the supervision of the Sourcing Specialist and Category Managers

Sourcing Event Preparation:

• - Compares previous contracted prices to understand Givaudan’s current position
• - Develops, builds and runs e-sourcing events (RFx, e-auction), evaluates and summarizes results, consults with the team and Stakeholder groups regarding possible outcomes to award business
• - Identifies potential Suppliers using external sources/databases
• - On-boards and trains Suppliers on various eSourcing platforms, resolves user login errors liaising with customer support and/or IT product owner
• - Super user of eSourcing platforms providing training to Stakeholder groups, assisting them with daily usage and the execution of their sourcing events
• - Builds constructive and effective relationships within local Teams and various Stakeholder groups
• - Communicates with internal and external partners by phone or via email 
• - Ensures correct and daily execution of key responsibilities adhering to the service level
• - Acts according to the team’s governance principles: ensure integrity, quality and compliance

You:

- Degrees: You still have at least 1 year remaining of ongoing University degree in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Economics or equivalent and you can work at least 20 - 25 hours a week
- Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese
