• MAIN PURPOSE
• Support the Key Accounts – Mecca and Sephora Business.

Assist in collecting, managing and analysis of large data sets – for business decisions and analysis of reports.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES 1
Assist in preparing Monthly Sales Reports, providing insights, trends and metrics

RESPONSIBILITIES 2
Assist in creating and running excel reports
Oversee data accuracy and refinement of dashboards

RESPONSIBILITIES 3
Data analysis for business decisions and analysis of reports for key stakeholders
Support preparation of the data for managers to review monthly estimates to ensure timely and accurate reporting

REQUIREMENTS
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or other related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights (e.g., business implications) that guide key business decisions
• Ability to pay attention to details and manage tasks effectively
• Ability to bring onboard new perspectives and ways to carry out tasks and solve problems
• Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a fast pace and team environment
