Asia Pacific - Regional CRM Intern

MAIN PURPOSE
To provide administrative, operational, and strategic support to regional CRM initiatives, roadmap and projects including (but not limited to): loyalty management system Kizuna, loyalty program management, customer engagement personalization journey, basic to advanced analytics and ad hoc projects.

The position will work alongside Digital & Ecommerce, ICT department, Regional Brands team as well as local CRM and brands team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the platform migration and enhancement of Shiseido Group regional loyalty management system
• Assist in data hygiene initiatives on Shiseido Group customer data platform
• Assist in regional dashboards and reports build and enhancement on Global BI and data visualization platform
• Assist in CRM KPI reporting on quarterly basis
• Support data analytics to derive insights to drive brand and CRM objectives
• Assist in loyalty program standardization for Shiseido, Cle de Peau Beaute and NARS.
• Assist in creation and enhancement of regional creative assets in collaboration with regional brand teams
• Compile best practices playbooks on CRM recruitment, campaigns, and member engagement, communications, and personalisation
• Perform competitive analysis to identify gaps and potential growth opportunities
• Support CRM team in planning meeting agenda with global, regional and local stakeholders
• Support on any ad-hoc projects and tasks where necessary

REQUIREMENTS
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Tableau
• Willing to learn with an inquisitive mind, asking the right questions
• A team player who is comfortable and happy to contribute to a dynamic team environment
• Proactive and resourceful, able to work independently with supervision
• Multilingual in one other Asian language will be an added bonus
