Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to recruit a QC Compliance Officer to join our Quality Control team at our premises in Sapes, Northern Greece.

As a QC Compliance Officer, the ideal candidate will lead laboratory investigations and/or resolution of Deviations, OOS, OOT and be responsible for GMP Compliance in the Quality Control.

Requirements

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze and investigate all Deviations, OOS & OOT incidents to Quality Control
  • Be Responsible for GMP Compliance in the Analytical Laboratory
  • Apply Regulatory Requirements for Quality Control (EU/US)
  • Draft or revise Standard Operating Procedures of Quality Control
  • Apply Statistical Control in analytical results of Quality Control and identify trends
  • Supervise of Control and Assurance of Quality Control Standards
  • Supervise of Control of Audit trail

The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

  • Minimum a BSc Degree in Chemistry or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical product analysis
  • Experience in a GMP or GLP environment

Job-Specific Skills:

  • Excellent communication in English language (writing & speaking)
  • Competent in laboratory instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, GC, dissolution)
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Able to work in rotating shifts
