In this vital role, you will oversee daily cash flow processes, ensure efficient use of liquidity, and work cross-functionally to maintain financial stability. Your strong analytical skills, precision, and strategic mindset will play a key role in shaping our treasury function and supporting company-wide financial health.

- Monitor daily cash positions to ensure optimal liquidity across the group
- Prepare accurate and insightful cash flow forecasts and financial reports
- Perform bank account reconciliations to maintain accurate records
- Manage and process wire transfers, ACH transactions, and other financial activities
- Develop strategies to optimize cash utilization and support investment decisions
- Maintain financial documentation and ensure up-to-date reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and external banking partners to streamline processes
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in cash management operations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Bring 2–4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or a related area

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and a hands-on working style
- Have advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial systems
- Communicate effectively in both written and spoken Englisch and German
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive mindset
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA)
- Knowledge of international cash management practices
