Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are consistently met.
- Lead QA calibrations and performance reviews to maintain alignment and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a client-facing liaison, confidently handling escalations and building strong partnerships.
- Design and deliver training materials and processes to support team upskilling and operational consistency.
- Drive morale and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging team culture.
- Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for intervention.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, implement best practices, and support growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or higher (Operations Manager+ background strongly preferred).
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
- Skilled in data management, reporting, and performance analysis.
- Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high team morale while driving retention.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a problem-solving and proactive mindset.
