We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader/Supervisor to lead our team toward consistent excellence in performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day team performance, ensuring KPIs and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Lead QA calibrations and performance reviews to maintain alignment and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a client-facing liaison, confidently handling escalations and building strong partnerships.
  • Design and deliver training materials and processes to support team upskilling and operational consistency.
  • Drive morale and retention initiatives, fostering a positive and engaging team culture.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for intervention.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine processes, implement best practices, and support growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Supervisor or higher (Operations Manager+ background strongly preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
  • Skilled in data management, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience in developing training materials, SOPs, and process documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high team morale while driving retention.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a problem-solving and proactive mindset.
