As a Resident Services Specialist, you’ll be at the center of the resident experience, ensuring our premium communities feel welcoming, responsive, and well-organized. You’ll wear many hats — from coordinating move-ins and addressing resident concerns, to supporting events and presenting monthly updates. This role is fast-paced, people-focused, and ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Success in this role requires confidence, flexibility, and a high level of organization. You’ll work closely with internal teams, vendors, and residents — often managing several moving pieces at once. It’s a great fit for someone who is solution-oriented, detail-driven, and thrives in a front-facing role where no two days are the same.

You’re confident, proactive, and naturally great with people. Whether you’re troubleshooting a concern, presenting to internal stakeholders, or juggling multiple requests, you stay calm, focused, and professional.
You're not afraid to take initiative or adapt when things change. You welcome feedback, handle conflict with maturity, and know how to prioritize without losing sight of the details. You bring strong time management skills, a collaborative spirit, and a genuine desire to create great resident experiences.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- 3–5 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or property management
- Background in event planning — through education or hands-on experience — is a strong asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Confident multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Comfortable working independently while aligning with team goals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Yardi is an asset
- Flexible schedule, with availability for occasional evenings or weekends
- Multilingual skills are an asset

- Here’s a general idea of what your day-to-day might include:
What Will You Do?
- Act as a primary point of contact for residents ;
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including suite checks and communications ;
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns via email and in person ;
- Support amenity space upkeep and report any issues to the building team ;
- Assist with leasing-related admin tasks (e.g., storage, lease documents) ;
- Help plan and support resident events and community initiatives ;
- Prepare and present monthly updates on resident experience activities ;
- Liaise with vendors and gather quotes for small projects or services.
