Playtech Manager Services is seeking an experienced Product Manager with Portuguese to lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive BI/Incident Monitoring/CRM tool being built by our local R&D team. This role will be a key member of the Product team, responsible for managing a new product that integrates Business Intelligence, Incident Monitoring, and CRM capabilities to serve internal stakeholders who support B2B gambling operators in a regulated market.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Execute and support product development for PTMS's integrated BI/Incident Monitoring/CRM tool
  • Work with internal stakeholders including Business/Product owners, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Incident Management departments to define product requirements
  • Collaborate with Data Analyst and Data Scientist teams to ensure product features align with analytical capabilities
  • Define business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the local R&D team
  • Manage vendor communications and relationships, including Portuguese-speaking vendors
  • Support product development and ongoing maintenance phases with the development team
  • Ensure product development follows regulatory requirements and responsible gambling principles
  • Coordinate product iterations based on stakeholder feedback and business needs
  • Monitor product performance and user adoption across internal departments
  • Support change management initiatives for product adoption across teams

Qualifications

Components for success. You...

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Product Management, or a related field
  • Bring 3+ years of experience in product management or as a product owner
  • Are a native or fluent Portuguese speaker, enabling effective vendor communication and management
  • Excel at collaborating with internal stakeholders and translating business requirements into actionable plans
  • Understand the operations and regulatory landscape of the gambling industry
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and excel in stakeholder management
  • Preferably have experience working with agile methodologies and development teams
  • Have prior exposure to BI tools, incident management systems, or CRM platforms
  • Ideally have experience in regulated industries, though it's not a strict requirement
