Sr. Data Operations Analyst

Job Description

• Execute, monitor, and enhance Input Operations tasks such as data quality checks, validations, and sample maintenance.
• Ensure high-quality datasets across markets, resolving client concerns with root cause analysis.
• Drive process automation using R/Python/Excel Macros, with potential for ML/AI adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Support statistical estimation, universe/sample design activities, and project execution across countries.
• Provide technical/process expertise for CIP deployment and support remote teams.
• Track KPIs to improve quality performance and maintain operational discipline.
• Operate effectively in a virtual, multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience of 2 – 2.5 years and above in operations   
• Excellent organization skills, aptitude to work in team and meet deadlines   
• A high degree of accuracy, proactivity and attention to detail   
• Good analytics skills and aptitude for data and operational processes   
• Project management aptitude (critical path, task sequencing, problem solving, etc.)
