Your Mission

ibis budget Amsterdam City South is looking for a Rooms Division Manager (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team.
Our hotel - which is part of the Accor hotel chain - has 314 rooms, a breakfast restaurant and a cool game room. We are centrally located between Amsterdam Buitenveldert and Amstelveen Stadshart and we are the ideal base to explore Amsterdam and the surrounding area. You can reach us by tram (which stops in front of the hotel!). Furthermore, our hotel is easily accessible by bicycle and you can park your car for free.

What will you be doing as a Rooms Division Manager?
As Rooms Division Manager, no two days are the same!

• You'll lead the Front Office team and work closely with the support departments, our external housekeeping team and colleagues in the regional office.You'll report to the General Manager.
• Safety is your middle name: you ensure that everything in the operation is carried out safely and in a safe environment!

Your Profile

Who are we looking for in this role?

• Very important: You love guests and are very service-oriented!
• You're a true team player and enjoy taking responsibility
• You can keep a cool head in a busy environment
• You have at least one year of experience in a similar role, preferably within Accor
• You're fluent in Dutch and English, and preferably another language
• You love working with your team and coaching them to become confident hospitality stars!
• Experience with Opera Cloud is preferred. If not, you're a quick learner and like to explore a new PMS!
• You know how to prioritize and thus organize work effectively
