We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and excellence seeking individual to join our Supply Chain Operations team on a 6-month contract basis. As a Supply Chain Administrator(Returns), you will manage customer returns, ensuring they are efficiently processed through the reverse logistics process. You will work closely with service providers and internal stakeholders to provide and receive updates, ensuring seamless communication and process optimisation detail-oriented 

What You’Ll Do

• Track and manage customer returns, providing updates to customer support as required.
• Monitor the reverse logistics process, ensuring returns are efficiently processed and tracked.
• Engage with service providers and internal stakeholders to provide and receive updates on the status of returns.
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate issues where SOPs require updates.
• Track key KPIs related to returns, communicating reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct investigations into delayed returns and escalating issues through the appropriate channels.
• Adapt to and support additional functions outside core responsibilities as business needs require.

Who You Are:

This Job Is For You If You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, Returns or reverse logistics warehouse operations (experience in 
• Reliable transport to travel to the office
• Online / eCommerce / Omni-channel retail experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Good analytical skills to analyse data and make informed decisions
• Team player with the ability to collaborate across different departments
• Willingness to adapt to changes in the supply chain and proactively seek solutions.
