Job Description

  • Record and maintain time management data (absence, overtime, and other) using local systems.
  • Check and control that working time regulations have been observed.
  • Analyze time data and generate reports related to time management.
  • Support in maintaining and updating personal files of employees.
  • Support in communication with employees in HR & Payroll related questions.

Qualifications

  • Able to join an internship for 6 months.
  • Student or graduate of Business Administration or Economics.
  • Good English skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks with supervision.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Previous experience in HR related field would be considered as an advantage.
