Job Description

Design and Implementation of Group Reporting Solutions

• Gather and analyze requirements to develop tailored concepts for the Group Reporting system in close collaboration with business and specialist departments.
• Execute hands-on implementation of system-side solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical feasibility.
• Lead the strategic transition from SAP SEM-BCS to SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, driving modernization and process optimization.

System Administration and Operational Excellence

• Configure and maintain system settings, including customizing and structural adjustments to support evolving reporting requirements.
• Monitor system performance and reporting processes during critical phases to ensure stability and accuracy.
• Ensure timely and reliable system preparation in accordance with reporting schedules and compliance standards.

Support and Knowledge Enablement within Group Finance

• Provide expert analysis and resolution of issues encountered during reporting cycles.
• Deliver personalized support and troubleshooting for end users, enhancing system usability.
• Act as a knowledge broker for current and emerging applications, fostering continuous learning and best practice sharing.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting or SAP SEM-BCS and SAP BW, with a strong focus on financial consolidation and reporting.
• Solid knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and SAP Analytics Cloud, enabling advanced data integration and analytics capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of IT process flows and database architecture, supporting efficient system design and implementation.
• Demonstrated project management skills, complemented by strong communication and conflict resolution abilities, fostering effective collaboration across global teams.
