Job Description
- 1. Strategic Account Management
- 2. Client Relationship Building

- 4. Collaboration & Advocacy
- Develop and execute customized account plans to meet client objectives and company revenue targets.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client needs, track performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address client challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trust and rapport with decision-makers.
- Anticipate client needs and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, support, logistics) to deliver solutions.
- Resolve customer complain and maintain client satisfaction & retention.
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to expand account revenue (e.g., 10–15% YoY growth).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure profitability.
- Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs
- Partner with marketing to create client-specific campaigns or promotions.
- Advocate for client needs internally to enhance service improvements.
- Share client feedback with leadership to refine company strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or above in business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3 years’ relevant experience in key account management, B2B sales, or strategic client services.
- Proven ability to manage sizable accounts
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving
- Occasionally travel required
