Job Description
The Sobi North America Immunology Franchise Associate Director of Sales Planning will play a pivotal role in shaping and supporting our Immunology Franchise. Reporting to the Head of Strategy for Immunology , this role is integral to the strategic planning, execution, and operational excellence for the commercial field teams. The ideal candidate will bring a breadth of commercial experience, a strong commitment to building and working in an outstanding business and team culture, a compelling operational background, launch experience, and a deep understanding of and passion for the immunology market landscape.
- Compliance & Integrity: Ensure all operations and strategies comply with relevant U.S. regulations and adhere to the highest ethical standards under company policies. [JL1]
- Culture and Vision: Partner closely with the Immunology Franchise Leadership Team to help advance the franchise vision and business ambition.
- Internal Engagement Alignment: Partner closely with Immunology Franchise leaders to develop consistent communication cascades for the field teams including franchise town halls, national field calls, new material roll-outs and strategic updates. Ensure internal communications are consistent across Immunology stakeholders. Serve as logistical support for Brand and Immunology-wide meetings.
- External Engagement Alignment: Partner with Marketing Excellence team to ensure strategic alignment across the Immunology Franchise in regional congress and conference planning and execution.
- Business Performance: Partner closely with Strategy, Brand leads, and the Insights and Analytics team to develop sub national understanding of Key Performance Indicators (including activation milestones) across field teams. Ensure that KPIs and metrics consistently measure the execution and performance of those brand strategies and objectives to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Partner with relevant stakeholders to facilitate and advance effective Business Reviews and identify regional opportunities, execution and strategic pull-through.
- Field Training and Communications: Partner closely with the CxI&O training team, RBDs, and other cross functional partners to proactively understand, identify, and seek solutions to address training gaps. Partner with RBDs to ensure pull through of training and field readiness. Partner with sales leaders in Immunology Franchise to regularly deliver training and coaching to members of the Immunology commercial team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years total U.S. biopharma commercial experience
- 4+ years in commercial roles including sales, operations, field excellence, sales planning or strategy
- 2+ years focused in Immunology and/or rare disease
- Demonstrated launch experience (at least one significant U.S. launch; sub-national launch readiness preferred)
- Deep working knowledge of U.S. promotional compliance, OIG guidance, PhRMA Code, Anti-Kickback Statute, Sunshine reporting awareness, and medical/legal/regulatory review processes
- Proven track record operating to high integrity standards and embedding compliant ways of working with field teams
- Strong command of territory and account planning, resource deployment, call planning/targeting, and cadence for business reviews
- Proven ability to partner with leadership and Training and drive pull-through and field readiness
- Experience orchestrating internal communication cascades (town halls, national field calls, rollouts) and maintaining message consistency across stakeholders
- Experience aligning with Marketing/Medical on congress and conference planning and execution
- Executive-quality written and verbal communication; strong facilitation skills for large cross-functional and field-facing forums
- Veeva CRM/Salesforce proficiency; experience with content review tools (e.g., Veeva PromoMats or equivalent), Teams, Smartsheet or similar PM tools, and advanced PowerPoint, Advanced Excel and data visualization (Power BI/Tableau/Qlik);
- Proven project/program management capability with clear governance, OKRs, and risk/issue management
- Willingness to travel 25–35% for field visits, national meetings, and congresses
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

The base salary range for this role is 148,000 – 200,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
