The Role
As the Junior CSR Product Compliance Specialist, you ensure that products meet safety, legal, and sustainability standards by coordinating compliance tests, updating supplier manuals, and managing traceability within the supply chain. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external consultants to maintain data accuracy and support sustainable material certifications.

The Role
As the Junior CSR Product Compliance Specialist, you ensure that products meet safety, legal, and sustainability standards by coordinating compliance tests, updating supplier manuals, and managing traceability within the supply chain. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and external consultants to maintain data accuracy and support sustainable material certifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and update the Supplier Manual based on relevant internal stakeholders’ input;
- Coordinate the RSL, MRSL and PRL updates – included in the Supplier Manual – liaising with Modint;
- Support the PD Team with seasonal RSL Tests, serving as a key link between Karl, the suppliers, and Modint to ensure Karl’s products meet safety and legal compliance requirements;
- Responsible for Product compliance including care label compliance, GPSR, packaging, materials etc;
- Gather CSR Seasonal documentation and support with data analysis, ensuring consistency among data sources and reliability of the outcome;
- Collecting, analyzing, curating, and monitoring sustainability and product data related to sustainable materials, product supply chain and certifications;
- Collaborating with external consultants, cross-departmental coordination, and ongoing dialogue with suppliers on materials information and their subcontractors.
The Profile:
- 2 years of relevant work experience in Sustainability in Fashion Industry;
- Studies in Fashion management or relevant field;
- Knowledge and understanding of social compliance and material certifications;
- In-depth understanding of product development processes and materials;
- High energy and hands-on attitude with a clear bias for action, solution orientation and getting things done;
- Attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and strategic thinking;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
