Key Accountabilities:
- Design and optimize Asia HCP omnichannel engagement strategy
- Develop and scale best practice for HCP engagement channels.
- Co-create the Zone omnichannel and content roadmap with the Zone Strategy & Partnership Activator, Zone Brand Leads, aligning with brand strategies and content plans.
- Integrate channel plans with brand, content and activation teams.
- Pilot new channel innovations.
- Work closely with Science Hub for claim & content validation.
- Oversee execution of campaigns across digital, face-to-face, and hybrid channels
- Partner with countries to tailor execution.
- Develop and maintain zone level dashboards, to track channel, media efficiency, campaign effectiveness and content performance, refresh as needed.
- Guide the implementation of global and local media guidelines, ensuring brand safety, compliance, and alignment to channel best practices.
- Manage the media investment strategy, consolidate analytics and optimize content-channel mix for maximum ROI through data driven planning and deployment plans.
- Serve as primary agency interface with partners like Dr Comms and local digital/content vendors, ensuring scalable, consistent delivery.
- Deploy the global training, tools, and guidance to market omnichannel coordinators.
- Lead the integration of pharmacist-specific insights and content, tailoring strategies to this high-impact HCP segment.
- Oversee the 1P data collection strategy, including consent capture, CRM tagging, and ethical data utilization for retargeting and personalization.
- Contribute to SFE Strategy by enabling omnichannel targeting, tracking field engagement, and integrating content into rep journeys.
Key Performance Indicators:
- HCP engagement metrics by channel - Unduplicated HCP reach (field + digital)
- Channel ROI and reach growth
- SFE omnichannel integration (execution rate)
- Data quality and consent for 1P data
- Reduction in content-to-market deployment time.
- Analytics adoption rate by markets.
Job Requirements:
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required (marketing, digital, business, or relevant field); advanced degree preferred
- Training or certification in media planning, omnichannel marketing, CRM, or analytics tools preferred
Knowledge & Experience:
- 8+ years in Omnichannel or digital HCP Roles.
- Experienced in developing and executing HCP marketing strategies, with a proven track record of driving brand growth and market share.
- Proven experience in building and activating performance dashboards
- Deep knowledge of HCP digital engagement tools and analytics.
- Strong training and coaching skills.
- Data-driven optimization and A/B testing expertise.
- Experience in pharmacist marketing or localized channel strategies a plus
- Strong collaborator with both strategic and operational delivery skills across matrix teams.
