You Will Manage Accounts, Build Strong Client Relationships, And Deliver Solutions That Align With Customer Needs While Driving Hillard’S Growth.What You’Ll Do- Develop And Expand A Territory Of Commercial/Industrial Electrical Accounts- Prospect And Secure New Customers In Industrial, Automation, Utility, And Energy Markets- Lead Rfps, Proposals, And Bids To Win New Work- Build Long-Term Client Partnerships And Ensure Ongoing Satisfaction- Track Sales Activity And Opportunities In Crm (Salesforce Preferred)- Represent Hillard At Trade Shows, Customer Visits, And Networking Eventswhat You Bring- 5+ Years Of B2b Sales In Electrical, Industrial, Utility, Or Mep Markets

- Strong Book Of Business And Track Record Of Hitting Revenue Goals

- Ability To Sell Special Projects, Communications, And Automation Solutions

-Familiarity With Low Voltage Controls Work And Electrical Projects, Electrical Codes Including Expansion, Upgrades And Renovations.
