The Role
Crown Towers Sydney is looking for a dedicated hospitality professional to join the team as a full-time Butler. Working in Sydney's most luxurious property, you'll deliver exceptional service experiences for our VIPs and Villa guests, as well as our on-site residents of One Barangaroo. We're looking for someone who is meticulously detail-oriented and is passionate about providing bespoke guest and resident experiences that are second-to-none.
Your Role Will Involve:
- Supporting the smooth daily operations of the Villa department
- Delivering tailored and personalised services to guests and VIPs
- Welcoming and serving as the primary contact for VIP guests and residents
- Anticipating and fulfilling individual preferences and requests
- Ensuring Villas are impeccably maintained and presented
- Coordinating food and beverage services and promoting Crown Sydney’s facilities and events
- Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Collaborating with internal teams including Front Office, Concierge, VIP Gaming, F&B, Maintenance, and Security
- Providing guidance and directions around the complex and local area
About You:
- Experience in a premium or luxury hospitality environment
- Proven ability to deliver bespoke customer experiences
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable using technology and adapting to new systems
- Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
- Professional presentation and attention to detail
- Experience in food and beverage service is a plus
- Current RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
