Job Description

Avani Melbourne Box Hill Residences is seeking enthusiastic Part-Time Guest Service Agent to join our team. Be the welcoming face of our modern hotel and deliver outstanding guest experiences in a professional and friendly environment.

About The Role

As a Guest Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries. You’ll play a key role in creating memorable stays and ensuring each guest feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently
• Provide information and assistance to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the front desk area
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presentation and positive attitude
• Flexibility to work part-time shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
