Regional IT Manager

To help us continue to grow our business, we’re searching for a Regional IT Manager. The Regional IT Manager will be a core role within Kingspan's IT department encompassing Service Delivery, Infrastructure & Applications. The role requires service management experience with a strong track record in service delivery, infrastructure, IT operations, project delivery and process design. The individual needs to possess both business and technical acumen, be customer focused with the ability to engage with multi-discipline teams (both internal and external) to deliver change and achieve results in a globally dispersed organization.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical contact on projects
• Project Management
• Personnel Management
• Creation, Implementation and adherence of policies and procedures
• Service Delivery
• Vendor Management
• Supporting:
• ERPs (Infor ; Avante Epicor ; Syspro)
• CRM & other SaaS
• Microsoft Operating Systems
• Active Directory , Entra ID (Azure)
• Cloud computing (Azure , AWS)
• Group Policy and Domains

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities:

• Bachelor of Science in an IT related field
• 5+ Years in an IT Managerial/Leadership role
• Strong communication, relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Understands the need for and consistently practices effective teamwork with others.
• Ability to interact with IT & business personnel on all levels
• Ability to work effectively as part of a global team
