Key Responsibilities
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
- Design and implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to staff and leadership on employee relations matters.
- Training & Development
- Build career pathways, leadership development programs, and training initiatives.
- Provide coaching to managers on performance management and leadership effectiveness.
- Oversee staff evaluations, ensuring consistent and constructive feedback.
- Performance & Workforce Management
- Partner with department heads to set performance expectations and organizational goals.
- Implement HR best practices to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze workforce data to inform decision-making.
- UKG System Oversight
- Manage and optimize HR workflows, reporting, and data integrity within the UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) platform.
- Leverage UKG for payroll coordination, workforce analytics, and HR reporting.
- Train managers and staff on effective use of UKG tools and functions.
- Collaboration with External HR Partner
- Coordinate with third-party provider on benefits administration, compliance, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure smooth communication and alignment between internal HR and external HR services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multi-site healthcare or service-based organization.
- Strong background in employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Must be proficient in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS/payroll platform, including reporting and workflow management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, influence decision-making, and drive organizational change.
- Familiarity with HR systems and analytics.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
