• Position Summary
• Strategic sourcing and management of indirect materials to achieve structural cost reduction and sustainability targets.

Main Function/Responsibility/Competencies

• Management of two or more Indirect Material Groups within the country
• Development of short- and long-term strategies to improve overall efficiencies
• Identification and delivery of structural saving initiatives through a data driven approach and cooperation with technical departments
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships based on quality, innovation and sustainability
• Adapt and improve tools, systems and processes to better achieve the above

資格

• Bachelor or Master in Commercial or Technical field preferred
• 5+ years of experience and proven track record in procurement, supply chain management or project management (engineering or chemical preferred)
• Analytical skills with strong data analysis and interpretation
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build strategic relationships with suppliers
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite
• In-depth knowledge of global procurement practices and market trends
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) or PMP (Project Management Professional) preferred
• Fluent in English and Japanese preferred
• 商学または技術分野の学士号または修士号取得者優遇
• 調達、サプライチェーンマネジメント、またはプロジェクトマネジメント（エンジニアリングまたは化学分野が望ましい）における5年以上の経験と実績
• 優れたデータ分析・解釈能力を備えた分析スキル
• 優れた交渉力、サプライヤーとの戦略的な関係構築能力
• ERPシステム（SAP、Oracleなど）およびMicrosoft Office Suiteの知識
• グローバルな調達慣行と市場動向に関する深い知識
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル、組織のあらゆる階層と効果的に連携できる能力 CPSM（Certified Professional in Supply Management）、CPM（Certified Purchasing Manager）、PMP（Project Managmenet Professional）などの専門資格取得者優遇
• 英語と日本語が堪能な方優遇
