Role Overview

The HR Business Partner role at Bestway Group is pivotal to our success. As an integral part of our Human Resources team, you will play a key role in driving our people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Provide HR guidance and support to line managers on employee relations issues
• Oversee performance management and improvement systems
• Conduct training needs analysis and facilitate learning and development initiatives
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
• Act as a point of contact for employees and provide guidance on HR-related queries

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
• HR certification (e.g. CIPD) is a plus
