Sonar Spark is seeking a highly motivated and driven Leadership Development Associate to support our talent cultivation and internal training programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about organizational growth, personal development, and empowering others to reach their highest potential. You will work closely with department heads, assist in program coordination, and contribute to strategic leadership initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and execution of leadership development programs
- Support workshops, seminars, and mentorship initiatives for new and mid-level team members
- Conduct research and analyze data to improve internal training effectiveness
- Partner with department leaders to identify growth opportunities and track team performance
- Maintain program documentation, feedback reports, and learning materials
- Support cross-functional team collaboration and communication strategies
- Monitor progress of leadership pipeline and suggest improvements
- Participate in quarterly leadership reviews and planning sessions
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in leadership training, talent development, or a related role (internship experience acceptable)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interest in leadership theory, coaching, or team-building
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic familiarity with HR or LMS systems
- Competitive salary: $65,000–$69,000 annually
