As a Leadership Development Associate, you will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous growth and professional development. You will work alongside senior leadership to design and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, build future leaders, and drive organizational performance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and execution of leadership training programs and workshops.
• Identify and support high-potential employees through mentorship and coaching frameworks.
• Collaborate with department heads to align leadership initiatives with business goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate internal leadership events, development sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in leadership development, employee engagement, or training.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for developing people and cultivating inclusive work environments.
• Familiarity with leadership frameworks and employee development methodologies is a plus.
