We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying the cause, and offering effective solutions
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Educate customers on product features, updates, and usage best practices
- Follow communication procedures and guidelines to uphold company standards
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and sharing improvement ideas
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude
- Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRMs, and basic office applications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
