We are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying concerns, identifying the cause, and offering effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolution steps
  • Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Educate customers on product features, updates, and usage best practices
  • Follow communication procedures and guidelines to uphold company standards
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing assigned tasks and sharing improvement ideas

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
