Sharpcontra is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Associate to support our client relations team. This position is ideal for a professional who enjoys building meaningful relationships, solving client issues with efficiency and clarity, and contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and service requests
  • Maintain and update client records and documentation accurately
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Resolve client issues with a focus on satisfaction, accuracy, and professionalism
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
  • Prepare and review client reports and summaries as needed
  • Uphold Sharpcontra’s service standards in all client communications

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–2 years of experience in client service, account management, or administrative support preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Professional demeanor and a commitment to confidentiality
